Construction Industry Wages - WCA Membership Survey

WCA has been asked to provide some recommendations for the CIWA – ICI wage rate schedules for 2008 and going forward. We would like to hear from you.

The table below shows the 26 CIWA trade classifications and the current minimum wage rate.

Please consider one of the options for wage increases in the trades you represent or employ. The options are:

• Apply a Cost of Living (COLA) adjustment, OR
• Set the rate slightly below the Union rate, OR
• Set the rate AT the Union base rate.

Please complete and fax this survey back to 783-6446 or simply reply to this email with 'YES' in the appropriate option boxes by November, 30, 2007.
